Universal Design(UD) Low physical effort

Why is Low physical effort important?

Low physical effort: The design can be used efficiently, comfortably, and with a minimum of fatigue. For example, an automatic door opener can facilitate access to an office space or classroom. It’s important because you dont want to do extra work just for the same result if you can take less steps. In other words work smarter not harder.
